THE RESTORATION
Restored presence
The nobility of its proportions, the quality of the materials, the presence of handcrafted elements and a serene elegance that continues to be felt in every space make this refurbishment more than just a restoration.
The historic façade has regained its full presence overlooking the Plaza de Santa Ana, once again revealing the quality of the Colmenar stone, the balance of its proportions and the richness of its architectural details.
THE RESTORATION
Elegance at every level
The project restores pieces of extraordinary craftsmanship, such as the original white marble staircase with its ornamental wrought-iron balustrade and Spanish walnut handrails, and its magnificent Talavera ceramic frieze, the work of the master craftsman José Ruiz de Luna. All of these bear witness to the level of craftsmanship and architectural excellence that characterised the grand residences of Madrid in the early 20th century.

THE RESTORATION
Brightness and depth
Santa Ana 7 incorporates improvements that transform the residential experience. The addition of a large skylight brings a new dimension to the property, whilst the staircase regains its prominence as the building’s central axis and extends the route up to the roof terrace. The marble regains its brightness and depth, the ceramics once again display the intensity of their colours, and every architectural element takes on a renewed presence.
THE RESTORATION
Nature within
A vertical garden and a lemon tree bring a touch of nature into the heart of the property, creating an atmosphere of unexpected tranquillity just a few metres from one of the city’s liveliest squares.
